MATTHEW HAXBY
Founder & Lead Designer
Hey, I’m Matthew Haxby, the founder of Haxby Innovations. I’ve been obsessed with design ever since I can remember—winning design competitions as a kid, studying art and graphics in school, and even earning a BA Hons in Architecture from the University of Lincoln. With over eight years of experience using Photoshop and other design software, I’m always pushing myself to see what I can create next.
I started this business because I wanted to work for myself and create something that could support my family while helping other small businesses succeed. I love keeping things professional but laid-back, making sure my clients feel comfortable and valued. When I’m not designing, you’ll find me at the gym, playing my guitar, producing music, or geeking out over cars. My lifelong passion for design and my drive to learn new skills are what fuel Haxby Innovations.

Tracy Haxby
Finance & Admin Manager
Hi, I’m Tracy Haxby, and I handle the administration and accounts here at Haxby Innovations. With over 35 years of experience in customer service and admin roles, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some great companies like British Airways, Citibank, and Halifax. Now, I’m excited to bring that experience to our family business.
My role involves managing all the behind-the-scenes tasks, from handling emails and customer enquiries to keeping our accounts in order. I’m here to make sure everything runs smoothly so that Matthew can focus on his creative work without any distractions. I also assist with some of the design work throughout the business, lending my support wherever it’s needed.
I’m thrilled to be part of Haxby Innovations, supporting Matthew as he creates and ensuring our clients always receive the best service possible.
